Application Form

To apply for membership to the EtsyKids Team, please fill out the following form. A member of our staff will review your application and you will receive notification within (approx) 3-4 days regarding acceptance.

If you are accepted, your notice will be followed by an invitation to join our teams Etsy group (if you have not already applied).

Your Etsy Shop Name is your etsy username/shop name, like in username.etsy.com.
